That's great. My boss just sold one a couple months ago for $500 on eBay. It was fully functional, with all packaging included, but I think you got a nice deal.

Yea no italian leather trimmed keyboard. I'll hide an old ADB under the desk. Whoever paid 500 for one with all the trimmings got a great deal too.

A decent price, if it's fully functional. I suspect that the TAM will be the most valuable vintage Mac for some time to come.

Thats a bargain, no two ways about it. I've seen just the Bose speaker go for more than that here in the UK. Mind you we do like to pay over the odds for everything here :p

Everything works as he stated. Now I need to get an ethernet adapter. Does anyone remember how to network itunes in OS9 to point at my library. And where the heck can I download itunes 2?.

Yes I have the fatback. I would love to stream from my itunes library. When I left the classic OS world the most I ever did was use AOL and play warcraft. Networking was the last of my ideas.

I have a CSII port on this guy and 1 pci. Should I use the CSII for ethernet and hope for maybe a usb/firewire card for the pci? It seems that I cannot get anything faster than a 10 base-t for the CSII slot.

It would be nice to have an external firewire drive one day. I will never go back to scsi land unless I have to.
