I cannot find the options for "repeat" "non-repeat", etc. I found that for Windows, the repeat options are listed within the background properties. Where are they for Mac? Please help!

What version of Dreamweaver are you using? In MX/MX2004/8 it is in the same place as the Windows version: Cmd + J to open the dialog box and it's under 'background image.' If you're us Dreamweaver CS3 I can't really help you since I haven't used that version yet and don't know if they've moved things around.

I'm using Dreamweaver 8 (Mac). But there is no "repeat" option in "Page Properties." In fact, I looked at "Dreamweaver 8 Revealed", the property page showed the same content (i.e, no Repeat options) for Windows. However, in the Window tutorial that I found on the web shows "Repeat option" between the links and margin options. I'm very confused. :(
Attached is the snapshot of the Page Property on my Mac as well as the one I found on the web. Does yours show "Repeat option" above the margin option?
Is anyone's like mine, and can you tell me where I can find the "Repeat option"? Thank you for your help in advance!

Odd. I'm using Dreamweaver on my Mac, but it looks like the Windows option you showed. Yours looks like Dreamweaver a few versions back. You can also alter the background properties in the CSS panel. Just set up your body style, then go in and edit the style and it will let you make alterations to all aspects of the style.

What version is yours? Mine says 8.0.2.

It's a preference. Tables/CSS, something like that. I remember seeing it before, but at work and don't recall the actual setting.
