iPod touch No Touches in Oregon

Your best bet might be to just buy one online. It saves you the trouble of hunting one down and you might even get it sooner.
It seems that they are widely out of stock in every part of the country.

Ok I will keep trying the stores, also tried Best Buy, Target and Circuit City. Although some have them they all seem to be the old week 37 or they only have 8GB models.

Well I got my first one two weeks ago yesterday. I got my replacement on Monday. I supsect the demand for them is quite large at the moment so it will depend greatly on luck. So...good luck! ^_^
I got my original iPod Touch in Washington Sq. the saturday after they came out, then I got my replacement at the Pioneer Place mall a week and a half later. (The next tuesday.)
There has been stock, you just have to get lucky. I'd guess that some of the Apple Stores will get a shipment tomorrow morning around 10am.
