i got the blue or green cant tell so what is it ,at night it looks like green in day it looks like blue 😕😕

Look at in white light.

If it is blue, it is blue. If it is green, it is green.

Unless, of course, you are colorblind, because then the colors might look the same because they are fairly similar.
