I'm (moxiemike) having some problems with a certain mod on the board: banned for personal reasons, which I think is pretty lame and pointless.

I'm sure this thread will get shut down, but please read the above, you'll see there was no reason to be banned, just a mod abusing his powers.

All i want is my old account reinstated. Immediately

But I think that the reinstatement should come as quickly as the banning, as in this case it's unjustified.

It's hard to say without both sides of the story, but it does seem like you have a point and the only thing I hear from him is an unnecessary comment about "getting a life" which can be considered a personal attack (which it is) that could get him banned if he were the average user. But again, it's hard to make a call without knowing the whole reason. Just wait to see what Arn has to say about it since he has the final word.

Moxiemike does not deserve to be banned for plugging, a warning at most, I have only seen quality posts from this guy in my time here.
