Bootloader without holding button?

There are often times I turn on my iMac, and don't know if I wanna go into XP for some gaming or go into OSX to do everything else.

It just kinda stinks that I have to hold down alt/option key to bring up the bootloader to choose, is there anyway to make that come up without key pressing?
