Problems starting 3 way ichat conferencing

i have the new mbp. i am unable to start 3 way conferencing on my computer...it gives me a message like "your computer is not allowed to do this." however friends who both bought their computers before and after i did are able to do it. any suggestions? thanks

Interesting message, I've never received it before but I had a similar issue with video chatting with 3-4 people. Whoever the host is, they will need LOTS of bandwidth while the others will need approx 300 kb/s of bandwidth to maintain the video conference as well.

Did you try looking under Preferences -> Video, to see if the video feature was turned off?

Other issues could be Port #, ISP and maybe firewall.
