I got me an iPod Touch last weekend. I played with it- found no real fault with the screen, and updated to the latest firmware (but found no difference).
I ordered an iPhone since I felt like the features i needed were lacking (and the speakers/AC adaptor).
I returned it to Best Buy, no questions asked, no restocking fee.
I mention this because I know there was some discussion about if you could return it to BB without penalty or without difficulty.
