iPod touch with Apple HiFi?

Anyone know if the touch works fine with the apple ipod hifi? I can get hold of one for a good price, just want to know if the touch is supported. Cheers!

yes it is.....just type 'iPod touch Hi fi' into youtube and there will be a video of a guy using it on his Hi-Fi.....this pleased me greatly to see that this worked.:D

I'm playing it through mine right now. I love how the album art is so bright and it's easy to see who's on next when it's on shuffle. Great combination if you ask me.
