I have read a few times on this forum about peoples smart playlists (Recent songs, top 25) not updating propally, this is happening to my new iPod. Wondered if it was a universal problem. Also if Apple had acknowledged it..:confused:

I've never heard of this.
Do you have your iPod setup to automatic sync? You sure you're using a smartlist and not regular playlist?
