My Mac Battery Keeps Resetting

My Mac Battery that controls the date/time keeps resetting itself to 1904 everytime I switch on my computer, its really annoying now cause my emails are going to the bottom of my inbox, would it have an virus or do i need to replace my battery, where can i get one?

An Apple Service centre will have one, or, take the battery out yourself, go to Radio Shack or another store that sells odd batteries and get a replacement.
