Daily I go to www.macrumors.com, www.versiontracker.com and www.apple.com daily for computer sites. I also go to our companies intranet every day to enter in tickets that I have done (how they track how much work we do as tech's). I also go to a variety of other sites, but not always on a daily basis. Among those are www.googlegear.com and www.mohawkmem.com. With occasional ventures into www.ibm.com (not too often).
Pretty much everything else is not computer related :D (like www.harley-davidson.com or one of the umpteen aftermarket parts sites :D)

I used to check out thespark.com too, but they stopped the sparkmatch. I am looking forward to it starting up again.
