Sleep speakable item

How would i make a speakable item to make the mac go to sleep?
(Command-Option-Eject)

Define Keyboard Command doesnt let me make it.

Can i make one in textedit?

no answer for you, but i would like to piggy back on the question because i would like to create a hotkey to make my mac go to sleep since my keyboard does not have a sleep button. I figure whoever has the answer to the voice thing, would know that was well, and the answers are probably related... :)
