Windows base station utility error

Hello

I am trying to configure my base station via window.

I have downloaded the admin utility (v 3.2)

It has no problem finding the base station. However when I click configure the following happens

1....reading configuration
2....password prompt
3....reading configuration
4....error

"An error occurred while trying to access the base station. Make sure your network connection is valid and try again"


Error code: -4

Any ideas?

If you're using a new base station you'll need to install the new version of the Airport software from the CD that came with it... I don't think you can download the version that works with the latest models.
