So I sent in my iPod touch to Applecare for a stuck pixels issue, and after two days I get: "We were unable to duplicate the problem."

Apparently it's too difficult for them to put on a black screen, turn the lights off, and look for the bright green pixels.

Very disappointed. Now I've got to continue dealing with the Apple Store and their chronic lack of stock.

Well, you need like 7 dead pixels per square inch for them to replace it. They're just an annoying part of life with technology.

Good luck with trying to get one with a better screen, though.

Well, I didn't pay $400 for a device with a small constellation of bright green pixels on it. Back it goes.

I'm going to give them hell, too. I'm outside my 14 day return window because their store has an inability to keep any units in stock and for some reason won't reserve one for me.
