Ok Jpegs show with the photoshop Icon not with the actual pic preview unless your have saved then with photoshop itself rather than download them from the web or a camera or usb drive etc. In the desktop if you go Show View Options and click on Show Icon Preview they show as the preview of the actual image
ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO HAVE THEM DO IT ALL THE TIME
other than opening each one of the 50,000,000 pics in my mac and saving them in photoshop

On you mac desktop

command+j than select or check "show icon preview"

all of your jpeg files will default to image previews instead of the generic default preview icon.

edit - just realized you had this in your intial post so am not sure what you are asking exactly as all my photoshop files when saved as jpegs default to the actual image previews when this option under the view menu is selected.
