Problems with a new digital camera?

Hi all

I've just brought a new Casio EX-Z1200 digital camera & I have connected it to my imac, but it is not recognised by the computer.

It is connected correctly. Am I missing something really obvious??

It has a cradle that is connected to (a) a power source & (b) a USB point. Both of these are connected correctly??

Anyone have any ideas I would be obliged

It's a guy thing & not reading manuals. After I had sworn at it a few times & went to the lounge with the hump & a cold beer, my wife came & read it.

Needless to say it works now!!

Please ignore my previous post (all I had to do was press the USB button on the dock)
