What do I need to do to get my own picture/avatar (sp?) in macrumors?

Just curious what the "levels" are in macrumors. "Demigod" "Regular" "Member". How is that decided? What does it take to be able to use your own picture avatar (sp?)? I'm sure it's posted somewhere, but I can't find it. Thanks.
 
its only 500 posts, and there are sure a lot of forum topics to spread around the postin in

The pictures probably wouldn't be too pretty. 😱

Though the bigger/more k picture might be a decent award for the future contests also.

Since the current bar to a tar isn't too big a hurdle.
