I'm not sure where the best place to discuss Turbo.264 would be. I have seen some threads here. There are no forums at elgato that I can find, so I'm going to post here.
I'm still having random sync problems, even though this thread (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=306607) and many others claim that software updates have fixed it. Most of the time, the conversion is great. Sometimes, there is nothing I can do, and I get sync problems. And by "most of the time", I mean only about 2/3's of the time I get success. It's not like 90%+ success.
I have found that converting for Apple TV is the most problematic, and that if I convert for iPod-High, I get much better results. But I've recently tried to convert a movie that I own and cannot get any conversion option (including custom) to solve the sync problem. And I can't find any options to force audio syncing.
Am I missing something? Is ANYONE ELSE still having audio sync problems? I'm running a MBP Santa Rosa chipset. I don't have other apps running while the conversion is taking place (not that it should matter). Any ideas?
