I tried searching and didn't find anything. If you have a link, please share.
At church, we have a new iMac and Canon HD camera to make videos with. We show them on a PC connected to the sanctuary projector.
Unfortunately, in order to use software that has all the songs, presentation, and video, we have to put the video in either .dv or .wmv format.
Also, some people will give me videos in the 16:9 format, and when I use VisualHub to re-encode to .wmv, showing it on the PC in the program it will be "squished" to fit the 4:3. It will show it letterbox only if I use a standalone player such as Windows Media or Quicktime Pro...
The assumption is I end up with these 16:9 videos that need to be transcoded to .wmv. How do I crop it to 4:3 when re-encoding it so it won't look "squished"? We don't really care about the edges.
Thanks!
