Will Leopard come out worldwide at the same time?

I've never followed a Mac OS launch before, so will Australia and all other countries get Leopard at the same time as the US?
 
Am on the list here in NZ from my local dealer to 'come and get it' the day it's released. From what I was told (Hi Michael, if you're reading this!) is that when Tiger was released they opened up for an hour or so at midnight that day and called people in who were on the list to buy.

So, because NZ is one of the first countries to welcome in the day, I and any other Kiwi Macheads may be some of the first to install it. We may lose at the rugby world cup (so did AUS!), but first for Leopard!

well your in luck. im from australia and i asked an apple store employee a while ago whether we will would get leopard straight after its released and she said "we will definitely get it straight away" saying it without any hesitation... so im pretty sure well get it on the release day.
