just a quick question, since everybody here on MR is more knowledgeable than me, i thought i'd put this out there.
"soy protein concentrate" is an ingredient in a product...what would be the french translation of this?
concentre proteique de soja
or
protéine de soja concentrée
or
???
thanks!

Only lived in France, not native, but I'd say that your second option is closer than the first. I'm not sure I ever ate any soy products in France, though, too much cream, cheese, and wine to worry about that. :D

It's "proteine concentrée du soja".

I would say "concentré de proteine de soja", although the translator gives your "concentré proteique de soja".
