iTunes Organizer?

I guess I'm pretty OCD with things and I was curious if anyone knew of an organizer for iTunes (running via OSX of course) that you can streamline things (i.e. capitalization, spelling).
 
Automator has a task that'll let you capitalise track names. There are a few other tasks that may come in handy too, assuming you're running Tiger. 🙂
