Hi all,
I have seen many a thread, but I just want the bottom line here.
I have a LaCie 500GB USB 2.0 External HDD. It has 3 partitions. 2 NTFS and 1 Mac. It is connected to my Aiport Extreme 802.11n via a USB hub. When I boot into Windows, I only see the Mac OS partition.
Is there anyway, period, to see the NTFS partitions? Or do I need to reformat the entire drive into one giant FAT32 partition so I can backup both Mac OS X and Windows stuff?
Thanks.
P.S. What is the process to see the Mac OS partition when booting into Mac OSX? When I boot into Windows, a prompt comes up asking me for my base station password. I enter it and then that partition shows up as a network drive. No such thing happens when booting into Mac OS X.
