I bought the $40 season pass to chuck the day chuck was added to iTunes, the next day the season pass option was removed but mine continued to work so I was not dismayed (I was planning on buying the whole season anyway but just buying it all up front is so much easier). Anyway now the 3rd episode is not downloading, it finally popped up on itunes today (Over 24 hours after it aired) but my season pass has still not updated (I haven't gotten the email from apple and when I just try to check for purchases it says I have downloaded everything already). Am I going to have to get a refund on that season pass (I really don't want it to end as I said I like paying for it up front).

Also regarding another Warner Brothers produced show, anyone know why Pushing Daisies has not been added to iTunes, I mean its being shown on ABC and produced by WB I don't see any links here that would keep it off iTunes. (Its not like its NBC). Is WB having a a second opinion about iTunes right now? Are they going to follow in NBC's (Stupid) footsteps? (Over 24 hours for an episode of chuck to even pop up on iTunes is ridiculous, the fact that my Season Pass hasn't updated just makes it worse!).

Shows go always get put on iTunes over 24 hours after they air.

Not necessarily true... South Park goes up after it airs on Saturday (I think), yet it premieres on Wednesday.

As far as season passes not downloading, there are quite a few titles that are having this problem. We've been talking about it in this thread, and there are a couple of them on the Apple support forums.

ABC and WB worked out a deal where ABC owns digital rights for two years, so this would be an issue with ABC not putting up any new shows for some reason. As far as I can tell, the only ABC shows that are currently being put on iTunes are Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives. Lost will probably be, too, when it starts again. I wonder if this has to do with ABC trying to launch its video site.
