Remote Desktop - backing up users list

Can anyone advise me how to make a back up of all the users and groups lists that I have on my Remote Desktop Admin machine. I want to do this as a precaution in case anything should happen to the machine that the data is currently configured on. I wouldn't want to have to re-configure my current lists as I have many users split into may groups.

Any suggestions would be really welcome!
