okay my mac has been acting strange all day (windows not responding, acting slow) so i ran top in the terminal and i found IIDC assis. running.
I googled IIDC and apparantly it's a protocol for digital cameras. My question is how is this happening when I've never(literally never) connected a camera to my computer?
THis is also the first time I've seen such a process running.
Should I be worried (viruses/spyware) or could this be a security issue?😱
Oh yeah i forgot as I understand IIDC is for firewire, but my ibook (original model) doesn't even have a firewire port
