iPod touch Apps for Windows

Are there the same apps out there on windows as there are for mac for ipod touch? I have the chocie of using either, am more familir with windoes and steps seem easier but is it worth it to do mac for apps or r they the same?

The end result is exactly the same. So do whichever one you're more comfortable with.

where the apps for windows, the site on the windows jailbreak here says its mac only, is that wrong?
