iPod Copying playlists from an iPod

I finally got my iPod Touch yesterday and was wondering how do I copy my playlists from my 5th gen iPod to it? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What sort of computer do you have? On a Mac, you can use Senuti to get your tracks and playlists back into iTunes quite easily. From there it should be easy to sync them onto the new iPod.

dont the playlists sync in iTunes ?

only the ones you create on the ipod are moved over to itunes

but arent the playlists on the iPod created in iTunes.

If the iPod is set to manually sync with the computer then the playlists may be out of whack. iPod.Copier might be something that can help get the playlists back onto a PC.
