How do you sftp into your ipod touch with windows?

I used the automated installation, and I have all the iphone apps...how do I send them to my ipod? I have an ftp client...but it cant connect.

P.S. Is there anyway to make the ipod scroll filenames when theyre too long to fit on the screen?

Download the .exe setup file and install. Now you should have a terminal and file transfer application you can use with the touch.

If you're using Windows, WinSCP (http://winscp.net/eng/index.php) gives you a GUI to make SFTP connections work a lot like standard FTP sessions. Click+drag.

How does one go about using WinSCP to move files to their iPod touch? Also, can I DL apps outside of my iPod (dont have wireless at work) and move them over using this method? If so, where can I go to get them?
