Jailbreaking Problem!

If you saw my other thread you know I am relative novice at Terminal. And I have got myself confused. I got as far as stage 5. I got this:

My-computer:~ Tclare$ cd ~/Desktop
My-computer:~/Desktop Tclare$ cd "~/Desktop/Desktop - Jailbreak"
-bash: cd: ~/Desktop/Desktop - Jailbreak: No such file or directory

I though ok, I will just carry on to the next stage and move the files out of the folder myself. And then this is what I got:

My-computer:~/Desktop Tclare$ ./iphuc
dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libreadline.5.2.dylib
Referenced from: /Users/Tclare/Desktop/./iphuc
Reason: image not found


Please help me! What should I do?

Problem Appears to be fixed I realized what I was doing. :p
