iPod touch Where? (Where to find iPhone apps?)

For those of you that need to know where to put them:

Not to be mean, but are you retarded?
Put Maps.app, MobileMail.app, MobileNotes.app, Weather.app, and Stocks.app in /Applications via SSH on your iPod Touch.
Put GMM.framework in /System/Library/Frameworks and MobileMailSettings.bundle in /System/Library/PreferenceBundles
Then issue the touch this command: chmod -R a+x /Applications/*
im am a noob to this stuff so can you tell me how to do this, i dont get it at all
