Anybody notice any problems with Office*2004 11.3.8 Update (the one that supposedly deals with having Office 04 open to attack)?

I've been on the ms newsgroup and one person already wrote that they couldn't open a wd .doc or find the app. Don't want to download this until I vett it with you guys first.
