i got to the PuTTY and then i get a connection error so i had to abort the process. i rebooted my ipod, and then i went in itunes to restore it. so when i plugged it in it said the contents of my ipod could not be read, go under the summary tab and press restore. so i go to restore it and i get through the first step and then it says the ipod could not be restored. and then i get a little thing at the end that says (-18).
Oh, and i tried to repeat the jailbreak again but now the black command box has been on patching ipod flash image for the last 2 hours.
