Whats the difference between the Term-vt100 and MobileTerminal apps? Which one works with the BSD Subsystem?

I've been using Term-vt100 which has been working nicely and uses BSD Subsystem. I've not tried MobileTerminal.

Do you know of a list of commands that work with Term-vt100? I only know things like: cp, rm, ls, cd, ping, ifconfig, exit, uname ...

Top, kill, not much else. Do an ls on the bin directories for a list of commands. It's pretty limited, though.
