iPod touch Uninstalling apps

Firstly, i'd like to thank those who worked so hard to give us Jailbreak!!
i now have a beautiful little PDA... and the process was very painless!

i have one question though, how do i uninstall an application? For example, i've installed Sudoku, tried it, didnt like it, but now when i go to Installer to delete it, its not there!! Does the application disappear from Installer once installed? Then how do i delete it?

please help!
and another thing, there are so many apps available, but i have no idea what they are, where can i find any description?

NVM, just figured out how to uninstall...
but still would appreciate any insight in regards to my second question! (all available apps description)

there is an 'uninstall' option in the Installer.. top bar.
Once you tap on that, it takes you to all the currently installed apps. From there you can chose what you want to get rid of.
