Moving around apps

i've tried everything to move apps on the springboard but i have no clue what to do. can someone plz help either come up with a program or show ppl how to do it on youtube.

I'm frustrated because i installed the 1.1.1 alpha Summerboard manually and have reviewed my installation twice and I still can't figure out why the SMBPrefs icon doesn't load anything except a blank page. :confused:
