HELP iTunes says iPod has only 300MB!!!!!

i did the first part of the jailbreak guide thing so itunes says it only has 300 MB of space and then i saw that it should be used on mac computers only. well now i'm stuck and it still says 300 MB PLEASE HELP!!!!:eek:

It will stay 300mb until you finish the jailbreak, this is normal. Either restore or just use the windows guide http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=367947 real easy to use.

have you done the ssh and the itunes syncing fix parts of the jailbreak process? if not, do them because it will fix the 300mb issue.

Yes I am restoring it right now but it's a 2 hour download. Thanks to terrible Internet. I just panicked since I just bought this today.
