Does anyone know of any way to mod the MS intellipoint 6.2 software so that the two silver buttons on the side of the Sidewinder mouse are supported for actions? I like to use them for back and forward in browsers! Thanks... :)

Yes I want one too! I read about leopard having some built in support for mice with lots of buttons. Maybe someone can shed some light. But my Tiger preferences only have options for 2 buttons. Is this because I only have a 2 button mouse plugged in? I'm not too fussed about advanced macro settings, maybe just using the thumb buttons for copy and paste. I hate the thumb buttons on all other mice!!!!!!!!
