iPod touch Customize settings dont stick.

Like when I try to change the say number of apps on the dock or sounds or dock or w.e after the springboard resets its back to how it was before and the settings are the same in SummerBoard. How do I fix it? :p

On a side note, can we put our own pictures and movies and music onto this thing over SFTP?
