Did you order an iPod at the same time? That's what usually has a personalized message.

unless i am mistaken, the personal message option is different than the engraving option. the iMac (or iPod if you ordered them together) should have come with a little card with the message.

it was the iMac for sure

they were bought togther(with free ipod rebate)

never got anything?

I bought the airport express with a message but the message was just a little bit of text on the paper that came in the box.
