iPod Touch Phone

Hey Guys,
i just put on a voip on my ipod touch
i use a microphone that connects to my earphones and my ipod
it fits right into the 3.5mm hole
its so cool and i can call anyone
there are no fees at all
i hope apple doesn't update this tiff thing for a while cause im lovin this thing
im workin on getting voicemail to work

Errr... It COULD actually be true. You can actually install Skype (or else) on your iPod Touch. But the onyl problem is being able to have the Touch recognize the Microphone. And it hasn't been done yet. So, nope, I don't believe you.

MAYBE in the future, will it become possible. But even then, it will be kinda buggy 'cause the iPod isn't made for calls.

No it wont. the 3.5mm jack is for headphones only and is wired to the MB as such. have fun resoldering your ipod and writing your own custom OS so it will read from your new MB.

OMG, i am sorry. i just figured out how to make it work, i soaked mine in water, then opened it up and installed a specials substance called "mercury" into the motherboard. I can make calls and use telekenisis! i can blow **** up with my mind now! i am sorry i ever questioned your greatness! u leet hacker u.:o

If you were going to make it even the tiniest bit believable, you would have said you got the microphone to work via the 30-pin connector.
