it works for somethings but not all. wifi signal and battery work. changing the ipod logo in the top left corner does not work [if i remember correctly], but you can change the springboard strings.

is there a way to have it rearange the order of apps?

that doesn't work in customize either but you can edit the N45AP.plist which is not hard at all. just search the forum for a thread....
