Hello

Yesterday I bought an Axiom 25 to try out but there are a number of things I don't like about it. I would like to return it nd get something else.

I do want trigger pads, which is a huge reason I am trying this controller out. If I do get something else, I was thinking of the trigger finger but heard somewhere that it's not really that great in terms of performance like velocity. Can anyone shed light on this and also offer some alternatives?

Why is the Oxygen 8 v2 more espensive than the 49? The 49 has faders and more keys.

Also, I already have a 61 key keyboard which has midi out but it doesn't have any parameter control and no pitch and modulation wheels. I don't really need a keyboard then, but I want pitch and modulation wheels. Are there any basic midi hardware that have these wheels? Maybe just a midi knob/phaser/fader box of some sort?

It would help a lot if you specified in detail what it is that you don't like about the Axiom.

Check out Novation Remote series. Trigger pads are nice and automap is great.

it's not really important, the questions I asked are unrelated. but it's just the combination of the feel of the knobs, too much sensitivity/not enough physical range on the wheels, no faders, the fact that I would like more pads and the fact that I already have a keyboard (given there is an aforementioned way around it).
