Yes, it's true. I have taken some pictures of the 80GB iPhone. I work at an Apple Store and we got a shipment today. The manager of the store said "Hey everybody, we've got some unlocked 80GB iPhones here! Whatever you do, don't secretly open the boxes, plug it into your MacBook, activate it, take a picture of it, then un-activate it somehow and put it back in the box, before re-sealing it."

I was like "OK, I won't do that!" but I totally did.

You do realize that some people are going to believe you...even if you can't tell at all that the image has been retouched. ;)

What's even more amazing is that this is the first time a hard drive manufacturer has been able to actually reach the capacity they claim. It actually is 80gigs, not 73gigs.

DAMN! I just bought for Terabyte Iphone cause they said there would be nothing between the 8 gig 16gig and whatever other ones are out there. I had to take out another mortgage to get this thing. Damn! Guess I should have waited....

I have waited a very long time for this, but there's no way it supports OGG, and nobody in their right mind will buy this 3G phone when 4G is right around the corner.

I call shenanigans, 1000 songs + 1000 videos would take up way more than 15gb. Come on, if you're going take all the time to do such a flawless touch up job you could at least make the numbers realistic.

Yes, but it can hold 2 billion songs. Steve said so on SNL's Weekend Update when he announced the iPhone.

But that 20 mins of battery life must be a killer for you... :p
