iPod touch Installing iPhone apps using iJailbreak???

I saw the video tutorail and I know I will jailbreak it sometime this week. But how do you install iphone apps using I jailbreak???
 
As of now, iJailbreak has nothing to do with iPhone apps. In the future, though, the developer (arix) has stated (on another forum) that this will likely be made available in the next revision, .3.
