Hello, My friend has given me his old PowerBook G3 and i am selling my G3 as well, we recently ordered two Pismos and need the money from these to buy batteries and optical drives. So far only one is totally ready seeing as mine still has the memory and Harddrive that i am putting in my Pismo in my current machine,
Note: the second G3 is not the spec i was using with OS X( It is currently 233/512k 256MB RAM 30GB HD) However i am not selling it with my 256 stick and 30GB Drive, so those specs are what the machine will be when i sell it, i mentioned using OS X for the battery time description
PowerBook G3 Number 1: Honestly I am a bit puzzled as to what particular model this is, It has a 233Mhz Processor and originally had a 13" screen that was replaced with a spare 14 inch, I had originally thought it was the original Wallstreet but it has the Video card with SVIDEO and VGA Out, My thought is that this was a machine assembled from various parts.
Anyways here are the specs:
233Mhz PowerPC G3, How do I check if there is Cache under 10.2.8?
128MB RAM
4ish GB HD, a little larger than 4, somewhere around 4.3GB I will update this when I know more.
Battery that estimates 2 hours when charged at 100%, I have not run this thing down so I do not know how long it lasts, but it does run after being unplugged and all lights turn on.
Floppy Drive and NO Modem

1.4GB HD

Battery that last about an hour or two.
Screen fades in and out on contrast, probably a loose cable but i don't know for sure
