Powerbook G4: Mac OS 10.1

I want to move some of my files from my PC (WinXP) to my old PowerBook G4 which is running Mac OS 10.15.

I tried to connect them together with an ethernet cable but it's been so long I can't remember how to set up the PowerBook.....can anyone help?
