They stay open and then quit after about 5 seconds.... I have chmod'ed to death and all the other apps work!

Any ideas?

Not sure about MobileChat, but Apollo requires BSD Subsystem, maybe that's why. Are you sure you're doing chmod correctly?

I had to install the BSD Sub Sys before it would let me install Apollo so i'm sure i have it :)

Also I've been chmodding with....

chmod -Rf a+x /Applications/

and

chmod -R a+x /Applications/*

which I assume is correct:rolleyes:

That is correct. Maybe it's just buggy. I know when I had Apollo and MobileChat, they would crash constantly. I just use Meebo now...until they come out with more stable releases.
