I am thinking of buying Leopard, but I just don't see the benefit over Tiger. New functions with the iPhone and iPod would be deal makers for me. I am not a heavy user, I don't use ichat for more than ims, i don't use windows, and i dont think i really need time machine. There are some neat little tricks and interfaces with leopard, but I just don't see them being worth 130 bucks.

I'll probably get it anyway, (I am a sucker for Apple products), but I really need to justify it. Any ideas on something I might be missing?

The only thing that I can think of that I personally like that you did not mention is Spaces. I think that after you use it for a while, unless you already use something else to back up to you will eventually find Time Machine to be very useful. Another benifit of Leopard is if you have an intel Mac Leopard will be more optimised for intel Macs so it will run faster than Tiger.
